Sainik School Kazhakuttom celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 on 21 June 2026. The official inauguration of the International Yoga Day celebrations was conducted by Col Dhirendra Kumar, Principal of Sainik School Kazhakuttom. The event was held in the morning from 0615h to 0715h. A mass yoga session was organized at the parade ground, with the participation of 605 cadets and around 100 staff members and their family members. The programme brought together cadets, staff, and families in a collective demonstration of the benefits of yoga, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.
